Cara was wonderful to work with! She was truthful about the market cooling off because of the interest rate increases but had an offer on on home within 24 hours! We had some requests, like a later closing date, along with some other things and she was able to negotiate everything that we asked for. We had something that needed fixed and she arranged for it to be handled, for us!
